"Mr. Martin's 'A Diary of Circumstance' was recorded at 2Fly studios in Sheffield over a series of collaborative sessions in 2009. The LP comprises of 11 radiant tracks of captivating word and thoughtfully raw emotion. It is the genuine account of falling in, out and in love. It states the mess of love in shreds of detail. Documenting the divorce from his wife, the album tracks the joy, anger and misery of going through an all too typical turmoil in one's life."
